Job Description

Service Care Legal are currently working with a reputable law firm, based in Exeter, which is in need of qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with 1- 4 years of in Property Litigation work to join their Dispute Resolution Department.

ROLE: Property Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive

LOCATION: Exeter

SALARY: £45,000 to £60,000

The Person:

• Handle Property Litigation cases whilst providing excellent client care services


• Attend court and tribunal hearings


• Conduct legal research and analysis


• Prepare legal documents and correspondence

The Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience as a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive Property Litigation work


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently and in a team


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
