Be an integral member of the divisional senior management team and provide high quality strategic and operational workforce support to ensure best practice people management across the Trust.

Shifts: Full-Time, Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite)
Location: Hillingdon Hospital, Uxbridge
Pay: £35 LTD p/h + £250 Welcome Bonus

Job Description:

• Lead the implementation of defined People Strategy objectives and contribute to the ongoing review and development of the Trust.


• Work with senior management teams to develop and implement workforce plans.


• Promote organizational development and change across the division, influencing Senior Leadership Teams and provide advice on complex people issues.


• Develop excellent working relationships with stakeholders and staff.


• Participate in the divisional budget setting process and cost efficiency schemes.

Requirements:

• Master's Qualification, or equivalent


• Chartered membership of CIPD


• Experience of operational and strategic HR achievement
