Early Years Advisor

Oxfordshire County Council are seeking an experienced Early Years Advisor to join their team.

As an Early Years Advisor, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to migrants and refugees regarding early years education and childcare services.

You will be working closely with a team of professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the families and children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and guidance to migrants and refugees regarding early years education and childcare services


• Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for families and children


• Support families and children in accessing early years education and childcare services


• Develop and deliver training sessions to professionals working with migrants and refugees

Requirements:

• Extensive experience workin in the field of Early Years


• Current driving license and own vehicle


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
