we are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of maintenance and repair skills, demonstrating proficiency in various trades.

As a Handyman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities, contributing to a positive living or working environment for our community.

Responsibility's

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing and carpentry work .


• Conduct inspections to identify and address issues proactively.


• Respond promptly to repair requests and efficiently address issues reported by residents or staff.


• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, fixtures, and equipment.

you will need

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.


• Proficiency in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.


• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
