We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Multi Plasterer to join our team, working on behalf of a prestigious housing association in East London.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality plastering repairs and maintenance, with a keen eye for detail and a comprehensive skill set that extends to painting, tiling, and general multi-trade duties.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct general maintenance and improvement works on domestic and untenanted properties, focusing on bathrooms, kitchens, and other critical areas.


• Deliver exceptional quality patching and skimming work, render internal and external walls, and execute multi-finish tasks to exceed industry standards.


• Pre-inspect and diagnose repair requirements, ensuring work is completed within agreed timelines and to the satisfaction of our customers.


• Uphold our commitment to delivering work of the highest quality, ensuring repairs and maintenance are conducted considerately and effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Plastering or equivalent.


• A minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles, demonstrating a comprehensive range of plastering and multi-trade skills.


• Full UK Driving License is essential.


• Experience in dealing with damp, mould, or additional decorating/tilling is highly desirable.
