Job Description
Slough Borough Council seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Care Contracts and Systems Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will provide leadership to a small team of Provider Support Officers who together will help deliver the borough's vision in Social Care.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Monitoring and scrutinising Electric Call Monitoring (ECM) usage from Homecare Providers
- Management of IT Systems for Social Care including Controcc/IAS/Marketplace and the Care and Support Directory
- Providing reporting/analysis to support the operational contract monitoring and placement data analysis to provide an improved overview of the provider market and increased financial control and support
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in a managerial role within Social Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing IT systems for Social Care
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
