Requirements
Leadership experience managing flight test teams in aviation or aerospace.
Aviation Regulation experience ideally at ???Part 21??? organization.
Flight science knowledge of safety critical systems.
Software and hardware systems test, evaluation and improvement understanding.
DO 160 environmental test requirements and DO standards.
Structural loading evaluation and supplier management.

Role
Lead and manage a flight test team.
Oversee ground and flight test activities for certification.
Flight test post holder for P21J Design.
Manage the configuration and maintenance of test tools and equipment.
