Mechanical Maintenance Manager required to lead a maintenance team ensuring equipment reliability, smooth plant running and a safe, efficient working environment.

Requirements
Experience in a supervisory role within maintenance on a manufacturing site.
Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system experience.
Degree or relevant qualification, with EHS/IOSH qualification preferred.



Responsibilities
Manage the site maintenance team, ensuring effective training and performance evaluations.


Develop and implement maintenance strategies.
Monitor and minimize downtime while driving continuous improvement in production efficiency.


Manage department KPIs to meet set objectives and collaborate with cross functional teams.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to resolve faults.
