Dispatcher required for oil and gas drilling services comprising of personnel, equipment and materials to service locations to meet customer and company requirements in a safe and professional manner.



As a Dispatcher you will comply with government regulations, observe health, safety and environmental policies where ever possible reducing environmental impacts.

Skills

Communicate professionally with external clients
Logistics experience ideally with dangerous goods
HMRC import export knowledge.
Ability to learn operation of new software packages
Ability to operate forklift.

Responsibilities
Receive and document job requests from customer and company personnel obtaining information necessary to organise an offshore and on shore service jobs.
Maintain professional communications between all company personnel so that timely responses
can be made to all requests.
Organise and dispatch personnel, equipment and materials.
Select company resources to meet customer requests according to company quality and operational
guidelines.
Maintain, record and prepare reports that meet all company, customer, and government regulations
such as job packets, DOT, lobos, fuel tax, material inventory and time sheets.
Help personnel complete company SCDP modules and provide positive support for career
development programs.
Communicate with bulk plant operator on upcoming jobs and chemical needs.
Track equipment and personnel: know where they are at all times.
Create purchase orders for third party costs.
Train and mentor dispatchers in Logistics operations.
Track convoys, single or group, and maintain tracking sheet for them.
Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs in the district.
