Clinical Services Manager (RN)

Location: Lincoln

Salary: £45,000 + benefits

As a result of on-going growth, they have a requirement now for a compassionate, conscientious Clinical Services Manager (RN) who is looking to further their career within clinical management.

You will be expected to be able to strategically plan the clinical services, and will be responsible for day-to-day organisation and management of clinical departments.

You will use your clinical experience to provide clear direction and leadership to all clinical staff, whilst supporting the initiatives of the hospital.

Working as a Clinical Services Manager (RN) you will be responsible for the deployment, supervision, and teaching of staff.

You will lead the Ward team, Pre-assessment and OPD Teams.

You will work towards the development, motivation, and performance of the hospital, ensuring the achievement of CQC Standards as required for nursing services in an acute care.

This brand-new role has been created as a result of recent restructuring.

To succeed as a Clinical Services Manager (RN) you will have previous experience of managing diverse teams, of devising robust operational plans, delivering projects to strict deadlines and lead on continuous improvement of services through evidence-based practice.

Person Specification: The successful candidate will need:

  • Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically, managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration.
  • Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
  • Extensive experience working in an acute hospital setting in a Senior Registered Nurse post or equivalent.
  • Previous experience within a Clinical Lead role.
  • Experience of customer care, including interacting with challenging customers and situations.
