A housing association based in Croydon are looking for an experienced Property/Portfolio Manager to join their team.
This is a temporary vacancy which is ongoing.
The main purpose of the role is to build and maintaining stakeholder relationships, delivering residential landlord and property management activities to a high standard.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;
Previous experience of influencing and shaping the design and development of products and services in a housing or similar service sector setting.
Experience of managing housing management contracts
Substantial project and programme management experience
Candidates will ideally be a Member of the IRPM or RICS or extensive leasehold block management is desirable.
The client is looking to move quickly with appointing to this position.
