Our Client based in Bristol is currently recruiting for a Damp & Mould Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible.
This is a full time, permanent role with the ideal candidate possessing extensive Surveying knowledge and experience ideally for / on behalf of a Social Housing Provider.
The role involves surveying customer homes and communal spaces.
You will be working alongside our residents and leaseholders taking ownership of ensuring that repairs are managed end to end and to manage issues and complaints that arise before, during or after works.
You will have surveying experience, preferably in Social Housing.
You can carry out building diagnostics and have a working knowledge of the Schedule of rates.
You will have an understanding of root cause and solution for damp and mould and be able to identify Asbestos.
A great communicator, you will be confident in using Microsoft Office and producing clear reports on your findings.

Due to the nature of this role, a full driving licence is required.
