The Role
Key purpose of the role is to assess and evaluate the condition of properties, conducting surveys, and identifying necessary repairs and maintenance work.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Collaborating with the Repairs and Maintenance team to develop cost estimates and project plans for identified works
Providing accurate and detailed reports on survey findings, including documentation of defects, recommended remedial actions, and estimated costs
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, health and safety guidelines, and industry best practices
Liaising with internal stakeholders, contractors, and clients to coordinate survey activities and ensure timely completion of projects
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require a valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel between properties and sites.
You will also need to be asbestos awareness trained, with a thorough understanding of asbestos-related risks and precautions
