Matters will include, but are not limited to:
Sales and purchases of commercial premises which could be freehold or leasehold, as well as some right to buy sales.General advice on restrictive covenants, old loans, legal charges, consents for restrictions on old sales and boundariesOccasional Highway and S106 queries
The Person
A Lawyer (not necessarily qualified) with extensive experience in Property Law
Property Law experience within the Public Sector is desirable
