Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Coordinator at our Yorkshire & Humberside location in Imphal Barracks, York.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of learning and development activities and managing confidential information related to learning and talent programs.
Your expertise in providing learning and training advice to individuals and managers will ensure fair access to opportunities for all employees.
You will also play a vital role in collecting and collating accurate data on learning interventions and interpreting this information to draft insightful reports for senior groups and the business.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the delivery of learning and development activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.Handle confidential management information pertaining to learning and talent programs with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Provide learning and training advice to individuals and managers, ensuring equal access to development opportunities.Collect and collate accurate data on learning interventions, ensuring data integrity and consistency.Interpret information and prepare comprehensive reports that clearly present data, insights, trends, and issues.Highlight potential solutions to address identified trends and issues, keeping senior groups and the business informed.Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with team members and colleagues across the organization.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience (educational background is preferable).
Proven experience in coordinating learning and development activities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and maintain strict confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide effective learning and training advice to individuals and managers.
Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, issues, and potential solutions.
Strong report writing skills, with the ability to present data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
Additional Information:
The role is based in York at Imphal Barracks, and the successful candidate will be required to be onsite twice a week.
