We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Change Manager (BCM) to join our dynamic team at Counter Terrorism Policing Headquarters (CTPHQ).
As part of the Change Pillar, the BCM plays a vital role in overseeing change activity across the CT Network.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving operational environment of CT Policing and make a real impact in our organization.
Job Summary: As the BCM, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and application of the Business Change framework, tools, and methodology across the national CTP Network.
Your role will involve supporting the Business Change Leads, providing change management support, training, guidance, and assurance to deliver change in a way that minimizes disruption, builds capabilities, and realizes benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement business change frameworks and toolkits, addressing change interventions to realize benefits across the national CT Network.
Manage and develop the national Change Network, ensuring effective understanding, planning, communication, implementation, and management of business change.
Conduct rigorous and objective business change assessments, recommending interventions to mitigate negative implications and realize positive impacts.
Develop business change solutions and interventions to overcome barriers and improve performance.
Capture and utilize insights from change stakeholders to enhance delivery and embedding of change.
Consider cumulative impacts of change on business areas and escalate trends and issues as necessary.
Build change management capability within Regional Change Teams, ensuring consistent use of business change tools and techniques.
Collaborate with HR and Communications colleagues to understand the "people impacts" of change and align change messaging.
Work with the Benefits Manager to identify and address business change interventions for realizing benefits across the national CT Portfolio.
Provide business change input into governance documents to ensure successful program/project delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
Hold live SC clearance (Security Check) - this is a mandatory requirement and must be clearly stated on your CV.
APMG Change Management: Practitioner certification (essential).
Proven experience in facilitating groups, resolving conflicts, and developing solutions.
Strong understanding of business change management and its implementation within projects/programs/portfolios.
Previous experience in managing organizational change blockers and issues.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially MS Word and PowerPoint.

Job Title: Events and Campaigns Coordinator Hourly Pay: £25 Job Purpose:
