Room Leader Nursery Nurse

Nurse Seekers are recruiting a Room Leader and a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner at an amazing private day nursery in Erdington.

This nursery understands that nurturing all children at their developmental stage, is the of the greatest educational importance and therefore follow this ethos all throughout the nursery.

The successful candidate must be a proactive member, providing an emotionally secure and safe environment.

As well as recognising each individual child’s stage of development and adapting each activity to the specific child.

Having a great knowledge of the EYFS is essential for this role, this allows you to effectively deliver the EYFS, whether this be through observation or assessment.

Supporting all staff members and engaging with them is what helps to keep this nursery ticking.

Developing fantastic relationship with not only the children but also the parents/carers will facilitate day-to-day caring of the children.
