The successful candidate will be joining the York City Centre Branch but they can offer home working.

ROLE: Corporate and Commercial Lawyer
LOCATION: York
CONTRACT: Permanent
RATE: depending on experience

The Role-

• Acquisitions & Mergers


• Corporate Finance


• Joint Ventures


• Partnerships


• Company & LLP Formation & Compliance


• Commercial contracts


• Terms of Trade


• Understanding of linked areas such as employment, intellectual property and commercial property will be an advantage.

The Person-

• 2 years PQE of relevant experience (but will consider anyone who can demonstrate the skills and knowledge we are looking for).


• Outstanding communication skills are essential in this role in order to build on our existing business, and ensure strong relationships with clients and colleagues.


• The ideal candidate will be well organised, flexible, ambitious, work well under pressure.
