Service Care Legal are working with a Legal 500 firm, based in the Walsall, which is looking for Law graduates/entry level legal professionals to join their Mental Health legal team.

ROLE: Mental Health Paralegal

LOCATION: Walsall

RATE: £19,500 to £22,000

The Role

• Assisting with completing the required documents for the Mental Health legal team from start through to completion


• Traveling to see clients at various hospitals, care homes and other locations in the Midlands area


• Other duties will involve, but are not limited to, making Legal Aid applications, drafting court documentation and preparing court bundles

The Person

• A recent law graduate/entry level legal professional with a keen interest in Mental Health law


• Possess good time management skills, have the ability to work under pressure and prioritise and meet deadlines


• Must have a full driving license and access to a car as the role will involve travelling to clients across the Midlands area
