The Outpatient Pharmacy at a leading specialist centre has a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Pharmacist to join the team in providing outstanding care for patients who have been recently discharged, attend the hospital on an outpatient basis, and who receive ongoing treatment at home.

This is a unique role where community pharmacy comes together with hospital pharmacy; it is a flexible, dynamic specialty that cares for a wide variety of healthcare needs.

The hospital is highly specialised in cancer services, its on-site Outpatient Pharmacy has an enhanced role, supporting patients through dispensing medications for continued treatment and symptoms.

You will have the full support of the well-established MDT, and will work alongside skilled Pharmacists, Technicians and Dispensers whilst you take on your first GPhC-registered role.

This is a permanent role.

Ideally full-time (37.5h) although part-time hours (minimum 22.5h) may be considered.

Person specification:

You will be due to complete your pre-registration year, and will be registering with the GPhC Summer 2023.
