Service Care Solutions are looking for a Tactical ICT Support Officer to work with a Police Force in London.

Your core roles and responsibilities will be;

Pay: £250-£300

Location: Various sites across London

a) Providing practical advice & guidance in the use and acquisition of ICT to SO.


b) Assisting officers in the use and configuration of corporate mobility devices such as the Forces Foundation laptops, Foundation tablets, mobile phones, encrypted USB sticks etc.

(including support for users on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10)
c) Assisting officers in the provision and use of Foundation desktop terminals and peripherals.


d) Advising / assisting officers in video and audio conferencing both Force and National systems.


e) Assisting in the implementation of corporate projects / initiatives.


f) Assisting, from an ICT perspective, customers in accommodation moves and changes (including scoping studies).


g) Assisting, from an ICT perspective, customers with procurement activities.


h) Ensuring that all requests/requirements/jobs are recorded on appropriate Technology Pillar spreadsheets / repositories.


i) The role holder will be expected to travel round London as a core feature of the job (e.g.

Heathrow, London City Airport, HQ buildings and other customer sites).

Pay:£250-£300 per day umbrella
