Job title: Team Assistant - Customer Service
Location: Croydon, CR0 (option to work from home after first few weeks)
Start Date: January 2022
Contract Type: 3 months
Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 05:00pm

We would like an experienced an Customer Service person with good communication skills, used to working with and assisting a team by providing a full range of customer support services to facilitate the effective and efficient operation of the Maintenance team.


  • Providing support to the Electrical Safety Testing team.

    Working with the contractor to book appointments and resolve minor issues/

  • Keeping a record of all interaction with residents, contractors, and other departments in order to build up evidence in case legal action needs to be taken.

Person Specification

  • Experience working in social housing preferably a customer service team

  • Ability to deal with difficult customers and persuade them to have their property tested.

    Ability to give customers information in a very clear and concise way to ensure that they know what is required.
