Covid-19 Contact Tracer

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Covid-19 Contact Tracer on a full time basis on an ongoing agency position to work in a predominantly remote based role within Slough, Berkshire.

Role - Contact Tracer

Contract - Ongoing Agency 3 months plus

Hours - Full time, 8am - 8pm.

There may be some additional unsociable hours

Pay - £17.55 per hour

Job Role

To effectively communicate with local residents throughout Slough who have been confirmed as having Covid-19.

You will be interviewing confirmed individuals over the phone checking in on their welfare, backdating any previous contract and signposting to local support networks if required whilst accurately recording all confidential information throughout the process.

You will be updating the National Contact Tracing database case by case and will be fully equipped to undertake the role with equipment supplied and full training provided.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates are to be ideally local to Slough or within a short driving distance so that they are able to access the head office for any meetings / further training sessions.

Initially, your training will be completed remotely and being able to drive is preferable to give you flexibility for office visits.

Previous experience in a similar role in the contacting of Covid-19 cases is desirable and it is essential that candidates have excellent administrative, recording and communication skills.

Any previous administrative and customer facing experience will be key in your application.
