Service Desk Analyst

Service Desk Analyst needed with Devon Council



Start Date- ASAP


Contract End date- initially 3 months


Location- Exeter


Hours per week - 37 hours per week


Salary - £12.45 per hour



Description



  • To resolve incoming enquiries for customers via telephone, email and self-service

  • To ensure that customers achieve effective and efficient use of ICT that delivers best value and ultimately, improved outcomes including school improvement, keeping vulnerable children safe etc.

  • Remote working is possible but you must be able to attend the office if/when required



What is required?



  • Previous experience within a similar role

  • Knowledge of Office 365 or schools MIS is a distinct advantage however training will be provided
