A unique career opportunity to work client-side in the role of Contract Coordinator.

Un-like most other Contract Coordination positions, this opportunity offers training and support into what is normally a career path only open to those with previous experience.


The Contract Coordinator role will sit on the construction side of a global technology business, focusing on all existing, as well as new build data centre construction projects across the EMEA region.

Previous Contract Coordination / Admin experience is ideal, but not essential.

Strong admin and coordination experience in the construction industry is essential.


This Contract Coordinator opportunity is an administrative role to support contract processing and status monitoring/tracking.

The position is a client and vendor facing role, so strong communication skills and professional conduct are critical.


This role is offered on a day rate, however the role is to be viewed as permanent and long term only.


Contract Coordinator Duties:



  • Creating contract purchase requisitions for purchase orders on the internal buying system and managing and trouble-shooting internal queries from stakeholders

  • Creating contract Change Orders for existing purchase requisitions for purchase orders in internal buying system.

  • Ensuring all contract data and information is appropriately entered into the EMEA Contract tracker, Contract Buddy and internal buying tools, with daily reviews and monitoring to ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance.

  • Daily tracking of contract progress and management of contracts process from initial contract submission to execution and monitoring internal metrics, including contacting internal approvers and vendor signatories.

  • Following up on a daily basis on outstanding help tickets, so as to keep contract creation process flowing smoothly and within the minimum service level agreement period for contract creation.

  • Ensuring document control and document management are accurately implemented.

  • Completing all contract-related data entries to Contract Buddy tool and Buy tool.

  • Inform users where to find more information about third party assessment (TPA) process (e.g.

    direct users to correct link/information sources).

  • Field and respond to contract queries for status updates.

  • Follow up with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely contract approval/purchase order approval workflow.

  • Inform Contract Requestors of the various resources that are available to aid in Contract Buddy Submissions.


Experience / Background:



  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience gained in the construction industry is essential.

  • Document Control experience is ideal, but not essential.

  • Any Contract Administration / Coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.

  • Must be organised and comfortable with learning and navigating software/internal tooling.

    Attention to detail is an essential requirement for the role.

  • Strong IT skills, proficient in the use of Word and Excel.

  • Strong and clear communication skills in English are essential.
