Marketing Manager

Job title - Marketing Manager
Location - Stratford E15
Contract - Permanent
Hours - Full time 37 hours per week
Start Date - Asap

The Role Summary
As Marketing Executive you will be responsible for developing integrated marketing campaign strategies and activity plans for the marketing and sale of developments (open market and shared ownership sale) that use channels effectively and that will achieve campaign objectives including generating qualified sales leads.

Your key duties within the role will include:

  • Ensure each campaign has clear metrics as agreed with the Head of Marketing and ensure that campaigns are achieving appropriate return on investment in line with corporate goals.

  • Manage the master plan of activity to ensure that individual campaigns dovetail effectively without duplication or over-exposure whilst still achieving individual campaign objectives

  • Carry out post campaign analysis to report KPIs and distribute learning for future campaigns

  • Coordinate campaign activity with the central marketing and communications teams and sales agencies including website updates, social media activity and PPC activity to deliver campaign objectives and lead generative activity

  • Liaise with PR and any other agencies to deliver supporting activity for campaigns as required.

  • Develop CRM strategies for each campaign and coordinate CRM activity including customer lifecycle communication emails, call, list purchasing, data pulls and lead management

  • Work with the construction and technical teams to obtain buy in for campaign and to obtain information to devise, prepare and produce campaign activity and content.

    Ensure all information is accurate and passes through the official sign off process

Key requirements

  • Property marketing experience is essential

  • Advertising, digital and CRM marketing knowledge and experience

  • Managing multi-channel, integrated campaigns simultaneously

  • Extensive experience in a management role - in-house or with an agency

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills

  • First class communication skills

  • A recognised professional qualification in marketing and knowledge of the property development processes would be a distinct advantage
