Marketing Executive

Job title - Marketing Executive

Contract - Temp ongoing
Hours - Full time 37 hours per week

The Role Summary
As Marketing Executive you will be responsible for the concept and delivery of marketing plans to support an off-plan sales strategy of our new build homes across London, the South East and the Midlands.

Your key duties within the role will include:

  • To work with the Marketing Manager on production of sales and marketing strategies

  • Lead on roll-out of marketing plans scoped above as directed

  • To ensure all marketing fulfils our company and our new homes branding guidelines

  • To work with the marketing team on ensuring the our new homes website is continually updated

  • To work with the marketing team on maintaining our presence on property portals

  • To produce regular data to the Marketing Manager on the measurable success of marketing campaigns and report to the Marketing Manager any issues arising/negative trends identified through data collection.

  • To work with the Senior Sales & Marketing Executives to review marketing campaigns and adjust as required

  • To keep marketing spend data up to date

  • To work with Sales Manager & Marketing Manager to prepare for scheme launches which maximise opportunities for off plan sales

  • To work with the Sales team to produce price lists for scheme launches

  • To support our presence at industry events and exhibitions

  • To liaise with our communications team for social media content

Key requirements

  • Hands on marketing experience (within housing and property is preferred)

  • Understanding of marketing principles; particularly through digital & social media channels

  • Understanding of fundamentals of property marketing and of LCHO products and their eligibility requirements preferable

  • Good communication skills (written & oral)

  • Ability to produce concise summaries of information needed for advertising

  • Ability to use initiative to highlight any problems that may arise and recommend solutions where appropriate

  • Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on campaign performance
