Anaesthetic ODP/Recovery Nurse

Location: Enfield/North London


Practitioner: £30-38,000/year D.O.E.

Lead Practitioner: £43,500/year


We have a fantastic opportunity for an Anaesthetic ODP and a Recovery Nurse to join the UK’s leading independent healthcare group, recently rated one of the country’s “25 Best Big Companies to Work For” in 2021.

Across its nationwide network of hospitals and clinics, this group provides excellent medical and surgical care to 2 million patients every year and successfully performs more complex surgeries than any other healthcare provider in the UK.

Comfortably located and well-connected, this North London theatre department operates at sites rated “Good” by the CQC and that always deliver outstanding experiences to its patients, reflected in exceedingly high patient satisfaction and recommendation scores year on year.

We have both Practitioner and Lead Practitioner positions available for Anaesthetic ODPs and Recovery Nurses.

The Lead ODP role may also suit Band 5 ODPs looking to step up to a more senior position.

These are Full-Time roles for 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri, with shifts from 8am–8pm (no nights).

Role holders may also be required to cover some Saturdays.

You will have the opportunity to deliver the highest quality care to patients during the pre- or post-operative phases of their treatment, and to support and assist in the management, organisation, and improvement of care provision within the department.

Person Specification:

To succeed in these roles, candidates should have prior experience working in Anaesthetics or Recovery, and must have current clean registration with the NMC or HCPC.
