Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting a Service Manager to manage and lead operations of a Carers Service based in Greater Manchester.
Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester
Hours: Full Time Monday - Friday
Salary: FTE £29,000 - £31,000 per annum [Negotiable depending on previous experience]
The successful applicant will lead and manage the operations of a Greater Manchester based Carers Service.
The applicant will undertake project management duties such as staff management, monitoring performance/quality, reporting, implementing policy/process and stakeholder management.
The successful applicant must have two years' experience of managing a service including staff management, supervision and support.
The successful applicant must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, we require a Service manager who has previous experience of stakeholder management and liaising with local commissioners in sometimes challenging circumstances.
The applicant must hold proven experience of service evaluation, development and improvement.
The applicant must be a confident, organised individual who can manage own workload and diary and sound experience of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
