Job Title: Customer Service Training Officer
Basis: Full Time
Hours: 37 Hours
Work Pattern: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Type: Temp ongoing
Location: Eastleigh SO50 (remote working available)

Our client are looking for a Customer Service Training Officer to join their Customer Contact Team.

You'll be based in Eastleigh delivering training both face to face and on a remote basis.


Primarily focusing on the training and coaching needs of the front-line customer contact teams, you'll design and deliver training on their systems and housing services.

You'll work closely with team leaders to ensure quality standards are met and deliver effective coaching plans.


Developing brilliant working relationships comes easy to you, you have excellent communication skills and a good eye for detail.

You go above and beyond to achieve team goals and you thrive in a busy environment.


You'll have training experience ideally within a contact centre and play a pivotal role in supporting colleagues and helping the client go from strength to strength by ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything we do.


Job Role -



  • Support the Training and Quality Team Leader in designing, training and coaching sessions.

  • Carry out detailed induction for Customer Service and Housing staff to ensure they are fully prepared to offer excellent service to our customers.

  • Roll out training on new procedures to Customer Service and Housing staff in appropriate ways such as small groups, large sessions or individual meetings.

  • Support, coordinate or carry out call quality monitoring on a regular basis, and liaise with any outsourced monitoring to ensure feedback is consistent.

  • Work with Team Leaders and Managers to assist with individual coaching needs.



Candidate Requirements -



  • Experience of working in a contact centre environment

  • Evidence of a commitment to customer service

  • Ability to clearly articulate and share knowledge with all types of people

  • Ability to present training and presentations to a large group
