Resident Liaison Officer

A local authority based in Coalville are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team.

This role is on an ongoing contract.

The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for making contact with residents where works are to be carried out and ensuring any special needs are identified.

To work closely within the Asset Management Team in producing a ‘communications strategy' identifying key groups/individuals and agreeing a clear process for resident engagement which reaches out to the entire community

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

Previous experience of liaising with tenants/residents, experience liaising on Housing/Construction based projects would be desired.
