Clinical Lead Nurse

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Clinical Lead to work in an exceptional nursing home service based in the New Eltham, London area.

As a Clinical Lead you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This care home is designed for older people requiring dementia nursing and general nursing care.

The home offers a supportive environment with comfortable lounge areas.

The dedicated team ensure we meet the resident's individual care and social needs

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RGN with a valid NMC Pin

As the Clinical Lead your key duties include:

  • Providing Clinical support to the Deputy Manager through the provision of clinical leadership to the team.

    Providing on call support as required

  • To co-ordinate and lead on the quality of care and clinical management of residents living within the home, providing support for residents when required

  • Participate fully with the multidisciplinary team and undertake direct patient care as required.

    Manage and direct the delivery of clinical services within the home, ensuring it complies with statutory regulations, current legislation and meets quality standards

  • The Clinical Lead will be required to provide clinical leadership and advice to colleagues in addition to undertaking line management responsibilities of nurses within the Home.

    They will be a clinical champion in areas of their Home and complete specialist training to develop that knowledge

The successful Clinical Lead will receive an excellent salary of £20.00 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £41,600 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 40 hours a week.
