Administrator Hartlepool

Calling all Administrators in Hartlepool Are you looking for a new Admin position, our client in the Hartlepool area are looking for experienced admins to come help out.

Salary: £9.23-£9.50 Per hour
Location:Hours Full time

POST: Clerical Officer - Admin Bank

This post is an Admin Bank Clerical Officer post and therefore will by it's nature move around the organisation and operate on an as and when basis.

  • To operate any security and electronic access systems in reception and provide access to visitors and

  • To receive all visitors to the unit in a courteous and friendly manner ensuring that they sign in and out as per the local fire

  • To oversee the waiting area and information area:

    • Maintenance of notice board

    • Maintenance of leaflet rack

    • Ensuring waiting area is kept tidy

    • Ensuring water cooler has adequate water and

  • To maintain the staff in/out board and staff contact

  • To receive and sign, for the delivery of

  • Maintain any room booking systems which are in place and ensure any equipment / refreshments are available for meetings if

  • To provide clerical and typing support, including the production of letters and reports

  • To photocopy documents, as and when

  • To maintain a filing system, as per departmental

  • To undertake all IT requirements making full use of the Microsoft Office

  • To deal with telephone enquiries, taking and relaying any

  • To deal with incoming and outgoing

  • To provide cross-cover arrangements with the other administrative staff in the

  • To work under the supervision of the secretary / line manager and take instruction as

  • To comply with the safety instructions and policies of Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust where appropriate.

  • To use equipment and facilities provided in a proper and safe

  • To refrain from the wilful misuse or interference with anything provided in the interest of Health & Safety and any action, which may endanger yourself or

  • To report as soon as possible all hazards and defects to the line manager.

  • To report all accidents and untoward occurrences to the line manager as soon as possible and ensure relevant documentation is up to date.
