Administrator Balby Doncaster

Calling all Medical Secretaries, in Balby, Doncaster.

Are you looking for a new Medical secretary position, our client in the Doncaster are looking for experienced admins to come help out.

Salary: £9.23-£10.00 Per hour
Location: Balby, don caster
Hours Full time.

POST: Secretary - Admin Bank

REPORTS TO: Immediate line manager (as advised)

  • To provide full secretarial support including the production of letters, reports, photocopying documents, filing as required, making full use of the Microsoft Office IT package via copy typing or audio typing methods.

  • To maintain and update electronic diaries, arranging appointments and meetings as required and ensuring that appropriate documentation is available to support all such

  • To arrange and co-ordinate meetings for the

  • To maintain team diary / room bookings systems that are in place within the service

  • To prepare agendas, attend and minute meetings ensuring that agendas and minutes are circulated and that actions, are listed to ensure that they can be followed up

  • To receive visitors to the unit and to deal with telephone enquiries, taking and relaying messages and actioning these as

  • To maintain records for the team on Sickness and Absence, Annual Leave and Training records complying with the Trust policies and procedures as directed by the Line

  • To monitor all incoming and outgoing post and ensure that it is dealt with in a responsible and timely

  • To plan and prioritise own workload ensuring that all work is undertaken within the timeframe

  • To maintain an efficient, accurate and confidential filing system ensuring that copies are kept and recorded complying with the Trust Policies and Procedures for the maintenance of

  • To provide records for clinical staff as and when required via the service's filing system or via the offsite storage system as directed by the line
