Payroll Team Leader

Calling all Payroll Managers in Chester! Do you want a new challenge in the NHS? Are you looking for a long term contract and have previous payroll/NHS experience.


Role: Payroll Team Leader/Manager
Pay- Between 11-£15 Per hour based off experience
Duration: 3-6 Months initially then looking for extension.


Location: Chester






    • To support and develop new Payroll/ESR Officers as and when

    • To plan and prioritise workloads, highlighting any areas of risk to the Payroll and Pensions Business

    • Day to day management of the Payroll/ESR

    • Supporting the development, motivation and inspiration of the team and ensuring adherence to the Trust's values and behaviours

    • Line managers have a responsibility to check in regularly with staff and recognise stress symptoms, know how to access support and promote the health and wellbeing of their staff

    • All employees of the Trust have a responsibility for their own health and wellbeing, to


    inform their manager and seek timely support via the Trust's Occupational Health and Wellbeing departmentTo support and develop new Payroll/ESR Officers as and when
