Office based role with the COVID contact Team at Wyre District Council

I am currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join Wyre District Council Customer Services Team.

This is a role based in the office.

This role will predominantly be based around contacting people affected by COVID either through the track and trace service or to provide an ongoing customer service to people who are isolating.


This is a 37 hours per week contract, Monday - Friday 9 - 5.

There may be some extra shifts available to cover evening and weekends.



On a day to day basis you will work from home (fast broadband required) answering calls and booking in patients for their Covid Vaccine, you will also make outbound calls for the Track and Trace service advising customers who have tested positive to self-isolate within 24 hours of them taking the test.

There may also be a need to handle other calls for Council services.



This is currently a 3 month contract but may be extended further!

Pay: £10.79 per hour
