Band 6 Psychiatric Liaison. Enfield

Psychiatric Liaison, Band 6, Enfield.

An experienced Mental Health Nurse is needed to join a busy team providing front-line mental health assessments for patients at North Middlesex university hospital.

The Psychiatry Service provides a comprehensive specialist assessment based service to patients.

Clinicians and carers work closely with the Crisis and Home Treatment teams to minimise the need for admissions to psychiatric hospital.

This position is open to applicants who have significant post registration experience (community or hospital based).

The specialist nature of this role requires an appointment of a clinician with significant knowledge and experience to this front line clinical position.

The contract is a long term NHS contract to commence ASAP.

The role is full time, working a flexible shift pattern including long days and nights.

The hourly rate of pay is:

£27 p/h Monday - Friday.

£30 p/h Saturday's and nights.

£33 p/h Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Candidates must be a qualified RMN with a valid NMC Pin, and must have previous assessment experience.
