Job Title: Administrator

Locations: Sittingbourne ME9

Contract Type: 8 weeks

Work Pattern: Monday-Friday 36 hours per week

Start Date: ASAP

To provide a range of administrative and support services to facilitate the effective and efficient operation of digital Inclusion services and our Get Connected fund that distributes digital devices to customers in need.

Essential Criteria:

  • A strong competent Administrator

  • Computer skills sufficient to operate online system and complex software or develop formulas for moderately sophisticated spreadsheets.

  • Confident using Microsoft Office, Excel and Teams.

  • Able to set up laptops, tablets and internet access through MiFi & SIM cards.

  • Verbal and written communication skills sufficient to interpret and apply policies and procedures and to resolve problems, and to present a professional approach to all customers and stakeholders.

This urgency resident devices project, called ‘Get Connected', is being funded via the Increase VS programme.

This is a EUR12m programme supported by Interreg's France (Channel) England Programme, which is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
