Salary circa £30k DOE, plus company car and benefits. 

Our client is a Hertfordshire-based company creating award winning, industry-leading digital, experiential and hybrid learning in the UK and throughout Europe.

On-going expansion means our client is looking for a bright, creative and organised Account Manager to join their team working on a range of exciting new automotive projects.

Overview for the Account Manager: -

The successful Account Manager will ideally have a min of 3 years experience Agency or client side, with an impeccable grasp of written English and a keen eye for detail and consistency.

As the primary point of contact between our client and one of its UK clients, the Account Manager will manage the day-to-day relationship, and have the ability to plan, schedule and deliver exceptional levels of customer experience.

 Working with the Lead Content Manager, the Account Manager will also be responsible for researching and producing a wide range of content in response to agency developed solutions, client briefs and internal communications.

This could include the ideation of workshops & live events, in collaboration with stakeholders, SMEs, internal team and external trainers, and the development of session plans and initial supporting PowerPoints.

Experience and/or knowledge of appropriate learning methodologies, instructional design, and the delivery of training/learning in the automotive, technology or retail sectors will be advantageous.

Essential skills/experience required for the Account Manager:


  • Prior experience in account management, communications or marketing
  • First-class people skills: ability to develop & maintain great working relationships
  • Brilliant attention to detail across multiple projects
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Copywriting experience and/or training experience
  • Experience of writing content within a corporate environment and working with external/internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Copywriting experience and/or training experience
  • Able to work and research topics independently
  • The ability to work collaboratively with creative & developer teams
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs

    • Eligible to work in the UK, Full Car licence, and the ability to travel
