Children's Team Manager - Sandwell Children's Trust


I am recruiting for a Qualified Team Manager to join the Care Management Team for Sandwell Children's Trust.



The purpose of the job is to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and promote their upbringing by their families, wherever and whenever possible, by the provision of services.

Adhere to the HCPC Code of Practice of Social Workers.

You will be responsible for managing, leading and shaping a team of social work professionals.

As a senior member of staff and a valued Team Manager you will be setting service priorities, planning team workloads, reviewing performance and monitoring and budget management.

You will need to have previous experience in management.

The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week on a 6-month minimum contract.

Rate of pay is £39.07 per hour.
