Interim Clinical Home Manager

An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Interim Clinical Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Nailsea, Bristol area.

You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers


This care home provides the very highest care standards to their residents and tenants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A GP visits regularly and we have excellent links with community healthcare


As the Interim Clinical Home Manager your key responsibilities include:

·         To utilise authentic leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care

·         To become the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service with 24 hour responsibility for the care of the Service Users

·         To manage the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy

·         To provide improvement, independence and choice for Service Users

·         To comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times and in particular the CQC for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes and NMC guidelines


The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

·         Caring and Compassionate

·         Must have experience of managing a large care service

·         Lead and Develop your team to delivery high quality care

·         A good role model for all employees, being approachable and providing a regular presence and visibility with all levels of employees as well as being consistent in all actions and decisions


The successful Interim Clinical Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £350 per day.

This exciting position is a Full Time role for 37.5 hours a week working through Day Shifts.
