Business Development Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development / Sales Manager to join an established company based in South West London.

Our client is a specialist provider of commercial bike storage across the UK.

Working with high profile clients nationwide, an opportunity has arisen for a Business Development manager to join the team.

Job Profile.

The Business / Sales Manager role involves generating new business, identifying new opportunities of revenue growth, maintaining and developing existing client relationships as well as assisting with the sales and operations process of the team.

Within this role you will complete -

, Sales Activities - calling, emailing and consulting with customers to ascertain their current and potential requirement for cycle storage.

, Preparation of quotations, product specification packages, RAMS and O&M's in response to projects is a key part of the role.

, Account Management - Maintain contact and develop relationships with previous and existing clients; customer retention and growth is vitally important.

, Follow up with previously sent quotations to understand project development and requirements.

, Field and process incoming sales enquiries.

, Identify new opportunities of growth to the company.

, Supplier relationships - monitor status of secured projects with supply chain and update clients on lead times and / or installation dates.

, Feedback client responses to management regarding price, service, quality and any issues highlighted through discussions with clients or potential clients.

, Ad hoc tasks to assist the operation and growth of the company.

, Achieving agreed KPI's measuring Sales, Gross and Net Profitability and Customer Retention.
