HR Shared Service Centre Assistant

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a HR Shared Service Centre Assistant on behalf of a Police force in Liverpool.

This role is a full time 3 month contract with the highly likelihood of being extended.

It is a full time role - Monday - Friday 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities -
- Overseeing the end to end recruitment lifecycle from advert through to job offer
- Liaising with Hiring Managers with regard to the progress of their vacancies
- Building and maintaining strong, meaningful relationships with all stakeholders
- Arranging interviews and pre-assessments where necessary
- Conducting pre-employment checks
- Making offers of employment
- Administration of internal staff moves
- Always striving for continuous improvement

About you -
- Previous experience in a fast-paced HR/Recruitment environment - agency or in house considered
- Experience with volume recruitment preferable
- Experience within a public sector or similar preferable
- Proficient use of Microsoft office, including excel and applicant tracking systems
