COVID contact Team at Cheshire East Council, based in Macclesfield

I am currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join Cheshire East Customer Services Team.

This role will predominantly be based around contacting people affected by COVID either through the track and trace service or to provide an ongoing customer service to people who are isolating.

This is a 37 hours per week contract, it is a 7 day service.

You will work on a shift rota during the week and will be given weekends as part of this.

The service is only open 10am - 1pm on Saturday and Sunday.



On a day to day basis you will work from home (fast broadband required) answering calls and booking in patients for their Covid Vaccine, they will also make outbound calls for the Track and Trace service advising customers who have tested positive to self-isolate.

There may also be a need to handle other calls for Council services.

This is currently a 3 month contract but may be extended further!

Pay: £10.79 per hour
