  • To provide administration assistance to the Senior HR Advisor and HR

  • Assistant in respect of the main aspects of the HR function.

    At all times

  • ensuring best possible level of customer service to internal and external

  • customers and ensuring that all relevant Company and Sector Specific

  • procedures and policies are met in accordance with the Integrated Business System.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide administration assistance to the HR team in respect of general HR processes & procedures.

  • Maintain HR filing and assist with Absence Monitoring administration.

  • Assist with administration support in respect of the company Occupational Health process and maintenance of the relevant data.

  • Assist with the preparation of Company Induction folders and administration of the Company Induction proceses.

  • Assist with Leaver administration process and exit interview data collation.

  • Provide administration support to HR Team in respect of disciplinary, grievance and appeal meetings.

  • Provide administration support in respect of Training and Development as required.

  • Assist the HR team by answering general HR queries both by telephone and via email.
