Divisional Manager - Business Development

Service Care Solutions are a Recruitment Agency offering staffing solutions Nationwide across the public and private sector.

We are based in Preston City Centre, operating within nine different divisions including Mental Health, Social Work, Criminal Justice and Construction, occupying a 3-floor, COVID secure workspace.

We are offering a great opportunity for a Business Development Divisional Manager to join and manage an established team of 7, striving for strategic market development in a people-focused culture.

The role will be office-based and full time to provide maternity cover for approximately 12-14 months.

The ideal candidate will be resilient, autonomous and passionate, with exceptional leadership skills and outstanding ability to organise and manage their own workload.

Life at Service Care Solutions is fast paced so the ideal candidate will be confident to lead a team of 7 to achieve strategic objectives in addition to developing a nationwide market within an established ad-hoc marketplace in the Mental Health sector.

The role will involve managing a high volume of activity at once, from performance managing the team to building relationships with external clients.

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver personal KPI's alongside driving the teams KPI results on a day-to-day basis.

Experience in the following areas is ideal:
,Evidence of managing an established team within a recruitment agency, with demonstrable effective performance management experience
,The ability to meet personal and team KPIs consistently, including delivering on £50k+ ROI via BD
,The ability to take complete ownership, responsibility and accountability for a large sales team and deliver on achievable but challenging sales revenue.
,Demonstrating growth of a market through personal Business Development amongst Nationwide clients and high value contracts
,Delivery of existing team strategy and sales forecast with the ability to independently modify as necessary
,Training and development of the team across a variety of roles, such as Recruitment Consultants and Team Leaders
,Excellent organisational skills and time management, demonstrable ability to work towards deadlines on a fast paced desk
,Complete autonomy in management of own workload alongside driving the team to succeed
,Knowledge of Mental Health/Healthcare Recruitment Compliance and Governance in this sector is desirable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for audits in conjunction, with a compliance team
,Passionate about delivering results; self-determination and motivation is vital to the success of this role.

,Experience within the recruitment industry
,Experience managing a diverse team, with strength in performance management & improvement leadership style
,Ability to coach and train strong sales performance
,Capability to identify strengths and weaknesses, suggesting improvements to improve or harness for the teams benefit
,Strong written and verbal communication skills
,Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage own workload
,Strong attention to detail
,Computer literate with good knowledge of relevant software packages including intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
,Ability to work with discretion, maintaining professional and confidential boundaries at all times

Along with continuous support, for this role we also offer the following;
,Basic salary of £25,375 per annum + commission (estimated earnings of £52,000-£59,000 in first 12-months based on team performance)
,21 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 additional day after one year up to five years' service
,Quarterly performance bonus
