Our well-established client who are based in Braintree are seeking a competent part-time Secretary who has a good telephone manner and is a proficient typist to assist their Team Administrator.

This role would suit a well organised candidate with good interpersonal skills and fully experienced in Microsoft office.

Job Description

The main duties for the Secretary will include:

• Answering & directing telephone calls

• Diary management via Outlook Calendar

• Typing general correspondence to include condition survey reports & invoices

• Updating our Project Management system - Add clients/contacts & new projects

• Meet & greet – provide refreshments/supervision of meeting room

• General administration duties

Overview of the Part Time Secretary:

To provide a professional service in order to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.

  • Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8.30am – 5pm
  • Holiday: (25 days + bank holidays) pro-rata = 15 days + Bank Holiday Adjustment
  • Benefits: Employee Assistant Programme: Private Pension
  • Salary £11 and £13 per hour DOE.
