Registered Care Home Manager

An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Care Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Spalding, Lincolnshire area.

As the Registered Care Home Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

 

This care home provides residential and specialist dementia care to its residents

 

An ideal Registered Home Manager must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:

·         A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Registered Manager with CQC

·         You must have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within a residential setting

·         Have excellent communication skills with a natural ability to lead, motivate and inspire your team

·         Experience and knowledge of working in dementia care

·         Keen in developing yourself and others & able to build good relationships with the residents & their families

 

The successful Registered Home Manager will receive an excellent salary from £55,000 up to £60,000 per annum DOE + Bonus.
