Work from home with the COVID contact Team at Shropshire Council

I am currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join Shropshire's Customer Contact centre.

This is a role based from home but you must be based within the Shrewsbury area as you will be required to attend training face to face.

This role is to help organise and book in vaccinations for COVID across the area.

Shropshire Council have been doing an excellent job so far and now want to increase the roll out.

On a day to day basis you will work from home (fast broadband required) answering calls and booking in patients for their Covid Vaccine, they will also make outbound calls for the Track and Trace service advising customers who have tested positive to self-isolate.

There may also be a need to handle other calls for Council services.

Due to the length of the roll out this is currently an ongoing contract so it will be expected to be 6 months or more.

Pay: £10.55 per hour
