Our prestigious and well established clients seek a Sales Engineer for their location in Belgium.

Our client’s headquarters are in Verden (Germany) and they have branches in Belgium, France, Denmark and in the UK.

The Sales Engineer will cover all of Belgium and ideally located in or slightly around Brussels.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of transformers, power supplies, circuit breakers, reactors and EMI filters so expereince in this industry is essentail.  

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SALES ENGINEER:

• You will distribute our client’s portfolio including custom made products, having executive sales functions
• You will work independently from your home office
• You will develop existing business-relationships and acquire new customers using various sales methods.
• You will be expected to visit clients on site and establish new and existing business
• You will represent our client’s company at exhibitions and visit existing and potential customers

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SALES ENGINEER:

• You will have a university Degree in technical or electrical engineering (or comparable qualifications) with a commercial background
• You will have many years’ experience in the sales of technical products
• You will be experienced in building customer relationships
• You will be highly self-organized, self-motivated and possess high communication skills
• You will be confident and customer-focused
• Exceptionally good language skills in French
